These Terms and Conditions apply to any individuals or members of your group (hereafter referred to as "CLIENTS/PARTICIPANTS") using WINESYLVANIA Services.



Please add us to your ‘contacts’ list on your email account so our email is not blocked. It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to assure possible correspondence by following this procedure.


The PARTICIPANTS assume complete and full responsibility for themselves during the length of the proposed events. Upon payment of a partial or full deposit, PARTICIPANTS indicate full acceptance of the below terms and conditions.


In case of circumstances beyond our control, WINESYLVANIA  reserves the right to cancel or change any events without any penalty. In such case, the CLIENT will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the services paid. Whenever possible, WINESYLVANIA will inform you in advance should any changes be necessary. WINESYLVANIA does not assume responsibility for additional expenses that client(s) may incur due to a cancelled event (such as flight or train reservations, hotels, and other incidentals.


We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient passenger number and a full refund applies.


No refunds are available for cancellation made by our CLIENTS/PARTICIPANTS at the events, within 24 hours, before the time of the events.

It’s the CLIENT/PARTICIPANT’s responsibility to provide in time WINESYLVANIA with the details required for the refunding (full name, telephone number, bank account numbers, etc.)


WINESYLVANIA collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us on our website, and in email correspondence. WINESYLVANIA will only collect and use your personal information for purposes of booking events that you have expressly request. In order to purchase our products or services, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number in order to process orders and provide customer service.

Unless you expressly authorize us to do so, we do not share your personal information with third-party organizations that are not involved in fulfilling the purchases you have made from


WINESYLVANIA does not accept responsibility for participants failing to be at designated meeting points at designated times. No refund is provided for participants who miss our events.


WINESYLVANIA shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any PARTICIPANT in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of WINESYLVANIA.

Our events are not affected by weather conditions.


CLIENTS / PARTICIPANTS must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at the wineries.


Food & alcohol may NOT be consumed on our vehicles.


Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption.




Person causing a nuisance to other participants may be asked to leave the events. WINESYLVANIA will not be liable for any expense incurred by the participant should this occur.


GUESTS are responsible for themselves and are expected not to break or damage anything belonging to the venues visited on the event. Anything broken by a guest due to negligence will require payment or replacement by said guest.


Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.


On all events WINESYLVANIA and/or any associated companies assume no responsibility for loss, injury, sickness, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused or arising during any event under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
